Man Has Died in Dural Lift Accident : A man has died after after being caught beneath a lift cage on a property in Dural overnight.
Around 6.30pm yesterday (Thursday 16/11/2023), emergency companies had been called to a property on Winnanga Rd, DURAL.
Officers hooked up to The Hills Police Area Command attended and have been advised a commerical lift cage that was supposed for use for eradicating branches from some timber on the property was being loaded onto a Utility.
It is known a 72yo man turned trapped under the raise being operated by relative, struggling deadly accidents.
The scene was forensically examined by specialist police, with @SafeworkNSW also inattendance. A report shall be prepared for the knowledge of the Coroner.
